GNSS RFI Tracking Map and Analysis at Virginia Tech

This platform, run by the Kevin T. Crofton Department of Aerospace and Ocean Engineering at Virginia Tech, monitors and analyzes GNSS (GPS and related Global Navigation Satellite Systems) radio-frequency interference (RFI). It processes RINEX observation data from NOAA CORS and IGS high-rate reference stations, detects interference in the carrier-to-noise (C/N0) record, and maps affected sites and events. Use the navigation to browse site availability, per-site interference timelines, multi-site pattern analysis, and published results.

Coverage to date: 174,977 station-days of GNSS data processed across 1,057 reference stations in 20 countries, spanning 2.5 years of monitoring.
